Agony from ecstasy

I'm taking Roaccutane for my acne. Is it safe for me to take ecstasy whilst I'm taking this? Is there anything I can do to avoid any negative reaction between the two drugs?

It's never a good idea to mix drugs, even prescription drugs, since each drug has its own specific effects on the body.
The problem with mixing drugs is that it might magnify or decrease these effects. This could lead to overdose or a reduction in the effectiveness of the Roaccutane.
Most medicines have side effects, and one of the possible side effects for Roaccutane is mood swings. These mood swings sometimes lead to depression - you might be increasing your chance of this if you mix it with other drugs. Ecstasy is well known to have an effect on mood, too. Since both drugs change the way your body works it is possible that, taken together, the two drugs might cause complications.
